Having the stress of a small business on your shoulders all the time, working with eWorld has helped relieve it by staying on top of our needs and taking care of customers. It would take a lot of convincing from another fulfillment company to switch.

Harold Becker | CEO

Based out of Clearwater, Florida, EBS Industries, LLC, sells consumer products on the Internet. Both direct channels (i.e., product websites) and third-party eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon.com) are used by the company to market and sell items to online shoppers.

Life-Simplifying Products

EBS sells floor care products that are intended to simplify lives. A centerpiece of the firm’s current efforts is groutgroovy.com, the website of the grout cleaning machine Grout Groovy®. EBS’s target customer is a man or a woman, either a homeowner or middle-class renter, between the ages of 45 and 75.

Harold Becker is the Founder and President of EBS, which stands for Emerging Business Solutions. While the company has been around for five years, Becker’s experience in direct-response marketing and advertising is much more extensive – going back 33 years.

The organization operates through virtual offices. Becker remotely works in concert with a staff of entrepreneurs and in partnership with small businesses. He leads the mission to “develop new products, create marketing strategies, manufacture, sell and provide customer service.”

EBS Benefits From eWorld’s Hands-On Approach

Back in 2018, EBS had a product that could improve the lives of many people, but they had a challenge that had to be addressed. The company “needed a fulfillment company who could receive containers of product from overseas, store it, receive orders from our sales channels and ship directly to our customers,” Becker explained.

In late 2018, Becker started evaluating different service providers to see which one would best meet EBS’s needs. One key consideration was technological compatibility – that the company is able to integrate with Amazon and other online platforms. Additionally, “[w]orking with a local company was important,” Becker noted. “We’re a small business and appreciated the hands-on approach eWorld provides.” Finally, they wanted a firm that offered competitive pricing.

Pleased with what eWorld Fulfillment offered, EBS started using our solutions in January 2019. Becker has been impressed with the reliability and availability he has received, as well as with the API integrations and rapid shipping turnaround time. He said he would recommend the company to other businesses that are looking for a fulfillment partnership. eWorld is a strong choice, he advised, “[i]f you’re looking for a local fulfillment center that can ship fast and provide good service.”

Fulfilling Fulfillment

The impact of eWorld on EBS has been substantial, especially since finding a great connection with a fulfillment company is so critical for eCommerce outfits. It has allowed Becker to remain focused on all the many other elements of running his company.

EBS Industries, LLC, continues to grow, and Becker sees his alignment with eWorld growing with it. As the launch date for groutcleaning.com approaches and his customer base further expands, he knows he does not need to worry about the fulfillment piece.

“Having the stress of a small business on your shoulders all the time, working with eWorld has helped relieve it by staying on top of our needs and taking care of customers,” he said. “It would take a lot of convincing from another fulfillment company to switch.”
